Cheryl Moss Johnston

Cheryl Moss Johnston is the founder, president, and principal broker of CMI Properties, a leading commercial real estate firm based in Lexington, Kentucky. A graduate of Centre College, Cheryl brings over 35 years of expertise in investment sales, leasing, property management, and market strategy to her clients.

Anne Ferring

Anne graduated from the University of Kentucky, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Prior to joining CMI Properties in 2008, Anne worked in public accounting. She has over 30 years of experience in financial management, tax preparation, and accounting services. Anne has served as treasurer for several non-profit organizations. Anne and her husband have 3 children and 2 dogs. She enjoys UK Sports, traveling and watching soccer.

Jamye Guinan

Jamye Guinan became a part of the CMI team in May 2023, taking on the role of Assistant Property Manager. Jamye holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky and attended the National Center for Paralegal Training where she specialized in real estate.
